In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. teh4d strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and any funds held in that account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Jurisdiction: You represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or access. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in gambling activities through the Platform is lawful in their specific jurisdiction.
• Capacity: You are acting in your personal capacity and are not registering on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organization.
• Mental Capacity: You are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a Vulnerable Person: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either through teh4d or any other gambling operator, and you are not a person who has been identified as a problem gambler by any recognized responsible gaming authority.
• Not a teh4d Employee: You are not employed by teh4d, nor are you an immediate family member of a teh4d employee, in a capacity that would create a conflict of interest.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register for an Account. By completing the registration process, you agree to the following:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. teh4d uses technical and manual review processes to identify and close duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. teh4d is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must notify teh4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• Account Inactivity: An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as inactive. teh4d will notify you via your registered email address before any inactivity policy is applied to your Account balance.

teh4d is required to verify the identity of all Players as a condition of its international operating license and as a measure to prevent fraud, money laundering, and under-age gambling. The KYC process requires Players to submit the following documentation:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear, legible photograph of both the front and reverse sides of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or equivalent government-issued identification.
• Proof of Address: A bank statement, utility bill, or other official document issued within the preceding three months, clearly displaying your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your government-issued ID, taken within a reasonable timeframe of the KYC submission date.

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours of submission during business hours (WIB). Full withdrawal access is granted only upon successful KYC completion. teh4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal privileges pending satisfactory verification.

teh4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp):

teh4d does not charge deposit fees. Any third-party transaction fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned pending KYC review.

teh4d reserves the right to decline any deposit or request additional verification for any deposit that appears inconsistent with a Player's established transaction history. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

Withdrawal requests are processed by teh4d in accordance with the following terms:

• KYC Prerequisite: All withdrawals require a fully verified KYC status. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification.
• Verified Destination Only: Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's verified name. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Processing Times: BCA and BRI withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Mandiri and BNI withdrawals typically complete within 10–30 minutes. CIMB Niaga and OCBC NISP withdrawals may take up to 2 hours. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) typically complete within 15–60 minutes. These are estimates; processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or scheduled banking maintenance.
• Withdrawal Fees: teh4d does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with international anti-money laundering standards, teh4d may require Players to complete a minimum wagering threshold before approving a withdrawal where no real-money gameplay has occurred following a deposit. This threshold will be clearly communicated if applicable.
• Large Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 5.000.000 may require additional verification and may be processed in tranches at teh4d's discretion.

teh4d offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount before any portion of the Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple for each promotion is published in full on the relevant promotion page.
• Validity Period: Bonus Funds must be used and any applicable wagering requirement completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types may contribute at different rates toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot game wagers typically contribute 100%. Table games and live casino wagers may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10–20%). The exact contribution rates applicable to each promotion will be published in the promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While completing a wagering requirement, the maximum single bet or spin is Rp 50.000, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit during active wagering may result in the forfeiture of associated Bonus Funds.
• teh4d's Right to Withdraw Bonuses: teh4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already accepted by a Player and actively subject to a wagering requirement will continue to be honored in accordance with the terms in force at the time of acceptance.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform. Sport-specific rules, live betting rules, and game-specific rules are available within each respective product area of the Platform:

• Football Betting (bandar bola — Asian handicap football wagering): All football markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and FIFA World Cup fixtures, are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's live odds and are final once confirmed.
• Accumulator Bets (mix parlay — multi-leg accumulator wagers): Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct for the full accumulator payout. Standard void-match rules apply: a voided selection reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs.
• Slot Games: All slot titles on the Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs). Published RTP figures are accurate to the most recent software version. RTP is a long-run statistical average and does not guarantee results in any individual session.
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery): Draw results for all togel markets are determined by the official draw authorities for the respective pool (Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong, etc.). teh4d does not influence or control draw outcomes. Results are published immediately following each draw.
• Void, Cancelled, and Suspended Markets: teh4d reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any bet or market in the event of: manifest error in odds; confirmed match-fixing or corruption; force majeure events; or technical failure that materially affects the integrity of the market. In such cases, affected stakes are returned to the Player's Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotional offers, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform;
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or mathematical errors in displayed odds to place bets that teh4d would not have offered under normal operating conditions;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct transactions related to any criminal activity;
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during your use of the Platform;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members;
• Abusing the teh4d customer support team — including harassment, threats, or discriminatory language directed at support staff.

teh4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• A valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder or a third-party problem gambling authority;
• A legal order, regulatory directive, or court judgment requiring the restriction of the Account;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months, subject to prior written notice.

Upon termination for cause, teh4d reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds held in the Account and, where prohibited conduct is established, to forfeit the Account Balance pending investigation. Account Balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player via the verified withdrawal method on file within a reasonable period.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled normally; real-money balances will be withdrawn to the verified payment method on file within 3–5 business days of the closure request.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, teh4d's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to the amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

teh4d shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or consequential or indirect losses of any nature arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Platform downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials or from unauthorized access to your Account where you have contributed to such access through negligence or misconduct;
• Errors in published odds that are corrected prior to bet settlement in accordance with clause 8 of these Terms;
• Any tax liability arising from your gambling activity, including but not limited to any tax on winnings applicable under Indonesian law or any other jurisdiction.

teh4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. teh4d does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification platforms, game software providers) under data processing agreements that impose equivalent data protection standards.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records under anti-money laundering and gaming regulations. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which teh4d holds its international operating license. teh4d operates as an offshore platform under an internationally recognized gaming license and is not licensed by any Indonesian domestic regulatory authority.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through teh4d's internal complaints process by contacting [email protected]. teh4d commits to acknowledging formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to independent arbitration under the rules of the teh4d licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.

teh4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you may request account closure in accordance with clause 10 of these Terms before the effective date.
